Products

Besides the production of coiled and filamentary wire rods, Fero Produkt LLC produces a great number of products: 70 different types of nails, hot dip galvanized wire, griffel, schulz, light steel mesh, rabitz mesh / glass mesh, galvanized steel spiked wires, panel fences and other types of nets.

Fence Panels

The panel fences are made of hot-dip galvanized wire, 8mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm thick. After spot welding and pressing, the panels are cleaned (degreased) and then dried, plastic coated and fired.

Galvanized wire is an article produced by the process of hot dip galvanizing and as such is resistant to the weather and other external influences. We import galvanized wire from the Europe- an Union.

Burned Wire

The ignited wire is derived from light drawn wire in a neutral atmosphere, strictly followed by the technological process from the pre-heating phase to the gradual cooling.

Nails

The nails are made of light drawn wire, of certain characteristics. The riveting is carried out on automatic machines from F 1.20 mm to F 8.00 mm in standard length and packing.

Barbed wire

The barbed wire is galvanized or plastic coated. Its length is 1.7mm-2.5mm and the spikes are 1.6mm-2.5mm. Wrapped in 10kg-20kg circles.

Light drawn wire

The lightly drawn wire is pulled out of the hot rolled wire by the cold drawing process using a lubricant and drawn through hard metal dies.

Griffin knit

The griffin knit is made of light drawn wire of different diameters, provides high strength, and this type of wire is used in places where there is a possibility of greater physical load.

Hexagon mesh

Hexagon mesh is made in accordance with DIN 1200, made of galvanized wire, 0.6mm to 1.2mm in diameter, with mesh openings 12, 19, 26, 52, 75 and 78mm, in heights 1, 1.20 and 1.5m.

Universal mesh

Universal mesh is made of galvanized and plasticized wire, thickness from 1.7mm to 3.9mm. The mesh sizes are usually from 20mm to 80mm.

Mosquito nets and Sieves

Mosquito nets are made of galvanized or aluminum wire. The products are rolled up in rolls 25m and 50m long, in standard heights of 1m, 1.2m and 1.5m.

Rabitz mesh

Rabic knit is made of galvanized wire, thickness 0.5mm to 1.6mm, can be punc- tured (electrowelded) and woven. We also offer plasticized scraps.

Light reinforcement mesh

Lightweight steel mesh (Schulz) made of cold drawn steel wire or galvanized wire generally has a diameter of 1.8 mm to 3.8 mm. Manufacturing is by spot welding (electro-welding).
